The Bee Hive Deli & Chemique Pharmaceuticals, Inc – part of the same property owned by Dr. Millman. ACR spent 1.5 years working with Dr. Millman on a very difficult project. ACR provided the design through very detailed surveying and engineering to confirm proposed elevations that would work within the strict guidelines of ADA compliance set forth by the DSA. ACR submitted formal plans to the city of Whittier, California and achieved plan approval, obtained permits and completed the final approved permit process. Dr. Millman was pleased with the end result of his project and stated that many of his ADA clients are quite appreciative of the lengths that he and ACR went through to provide a safe and compliant access to the property.
