ACR came in and designed the accessibility route for a commercial shopping center after the owners were involved in an ADA lawsuit. The ADA design is unique to each property and this design must take into account both ADA federal laws as well as the California CBC for accessibility. ACR Designed the plans and pulled the City Permit and then had the property inspected by the city inspector as well as having an independent CASp inspector reinspect the property in order to make sure that all violations had been corrected. Accessibility is more than just ramps, stripping, and signs.
