This was a large ADA Design and Build project. The owner of the shopping center had been sued several times over ADA Compliance violations and finally came to us to have the center redesigned for ADA Compliance. The project started off with formal design and plans submitted to the City of Manhattan Beach for approval. The re-design of the Accessible route from the City Sidewalk and the ADA parking had to be completely changed.
